Back down on the ground, here is a shot of our runway.

As you can see, Sequim Washington is a beautiful area. This is looking left (south) from the runway. Just be sure to keep your plane a good distance from those trees.

Pilots in the pit area of the field.

Our field is located in Sequim, Washington, on the Olympic Peninsula. The area is bordered on the north by the Strait of Juan De Fuca and on the south by the Olympic Mountains. The field is leased from a local farmer that still has a herd of cattle in the pastures surrounding the field. Flying is allowed between 9 am and 6 pm seven days a week and is for use by members of the Sequim RC Aeronauts, their guest and members of Olympic RC Modelers of Port Angeles, Washington.
